The Karen Mongensen Wildlife Reserve is owned by the Ecological Association of Paquera, Lepanto, Cóbano (ASEPALECO), a non-profit conservationist and educational association, founded in 1991 , and located in Jicaral, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
Cerro Escondido is a beautiful lodge located in the middle of the forest, in the Karen Mongensen Reserve, Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica.
